1. Service Scope

Uniquetravelpoint MICE provides corporate travel, offsite planning, team-building programs, conferences, incentive trips, and end-to-end event execution. All services are subject to availability and confirmation at the time of booking.

2. Pricing & Payment Terms

• All quotations are provided in INR unless otherwise specified.
• Prices may vary based on hotel availability, seasonal surcharges, and vendor rate changes.
• Full or partial advance payment is required to confirm bookings.
• Taxes, government levies, and additional charges are applicable as per regulations.

3. Booking Confirmation

• A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.
• Final itinerary will be shared once all arrangements are secured with vendors.
• Any delay in payment may result in price changes or loss of availability.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation charges depend on hotel, venue, transport, and activity partners. General guidelines:

• 30+ days before event: Minimal or zero cancellation fee (vendor-dependent).
• 29–15 days before event: 25% to 50% cancellation fee.
• 14–7 days before event: Up to 75% cancellation fee.
• Less than 7 days: 100% cancellation / no refund.

Refund processing may take 7–14 working days. Certain bookings (chartered transport, blockings, premium venues) are strictly non-refundable.

5. Changes & Modifications

• Any change in dates, attendee count, venue, or service type must be communicated in writing.
• Changes are subject to vendor approval and revised pricing.
• Uniquetravelpoint is not responsible for delays caused by third-party availability.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate attendee information and event requirements.
• Ensure timely payments.
• Follow venue, hotel, and activity partner rules.
• Any damages caused by attendees will be billed to the client.

7. Liability Limitations

Uniquetravelpoint MICE acts as an event management & coordination partner. We are not liable for:

• Vendor service failures (hotels, transport, activities).
• Delays due to weather, strikes, or unforeseen events.
• Loss or damage of personal belongings.
• Medical emergencies during travel or activities.

8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by events outside reasonable control, including natural calamities, political unrest, pandemics, or government restrictions.

9. Governing Law

All terms and disputes shall be governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Delhi (NCT Region).
